Two co-founders with unrivalled experience in the international tower industry.
Tower & Co. is led by two Co-founders and Managing Partners, Kieron Osmotherly and Arianna Neri. Having spent more than a decade helping to define and build community within the telecom tower sector, they launched Tower & Co. to serve as the definitive source for independent analysis, market intelligence, and executive networking.
Kieron Osmotherly
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Kieron Osmotherly has been creating and hosting communities for niche markets in TMT for almost 30 years. Having previously developed and led communities focusing on digital content, mobile money and small cells, Kieron founded TowerXchange in 2012, and ran the business until 2020. In the process Kieron wrote and edited over 3.5mn words of tower data and market analysis, read by 35,000 industry leaders, while hosting over 20 TowerXchange Meetups. Kieron sold TowerXchange to Delinian (then Euromoney) in 2018. Since his exit from TowerXchange, Kieron has worked for and advised towercos in Africa, USA, Japan and India.
Arianna Neri
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Arianna Neri brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure market research and events, spanning both the tower and energy sectors. As a co-founder of TowerXchange, she contributed to shaping the industry narrative and drove its expansion into Asia and CALA, building an unrivaled professional network. Later, she played a pivotal role in Phoenix Tower International’s Italian venture, managing its commercial strategy since its launch. Arianna holds a unique track record of spearheading new events in the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, and Europe, combining deep commercial intelligence with an innate ability to scale opportunities in emerging and more mature markets.

While the founders previously established and led the TowerXchange brand, Tower & Co. is a separate and independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a continuation of TowerXchange or InfraXchange.
